A Study On The Development Pattern And Successful Causes Of Swimming Team In Chinese Universities

The National Swimming Championships have been carried out to the sixteenth so far.As the highest level of swimming competition in our country,it represents the status of the development of competitive swimming sports in colleges and universities in China.This paper will take the Sixteenth National Swimming Championships as an entry point,to carry out multiangle to all aspects of the game by using the method of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics,expert interviews,logical analysis and case analysis,so then,we can get to further analyze the current development of China’s College Swimming Team and the success factors of excellent universities.In order to provide practical theoretical basis for the development of swimming in universities in China,and to enrich the research content of college swimming in our country,this discourse will put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions by means of data summary,planning analysis and summarizing the experience.Research conclusions:1.The Sixteenth National College Swimming Championships has ended perfectly.There has been a total of more than 490 college athletes,with 58 college teams,participated in the competition,which from 19 provinces and cities in the country.The competitive strength of regional college swimming teams were unevenly distributed,and the situation turned to be "East strong West weak" as a whole,which means that eastern coastal areas of the university was more intensive and excellent performance,while the western inland areas of college teams were less and the results were not ideal.2.Beijing,Shanghai were in a leading position,both from the teams,the number of entries and the entry performance.Other provinces and cities can’t have a powerful impact upon Beijing and Shanghai’s position of strength in a short period of time.3.The overall strength of colleges and universities has been divided into three levels,and been stratified seriously as well.Each college swimming team focused on different directions,which can not develop evenly.Many colleges and universities have medals to obtain,showing a diversified competitive situation.4.In group A(high level amateur group)competition,the strength of the colleges anduniversities in Beijing,Tianjin,Shanghai,occupied the dominant position in the game.In group B(Sunshine Group of ordinary college students)competition,the colleges and universities in the Northeast of China,Sichuan,Fujian and other regions caused the formation of a multi-competitive situation.As for C group(in the group of athletes)competition,the traditional high-level strong school in Beijing and Shanghai formed a monopoly situation.5.The factors such as the supporting of the economic base,the improvement of venues facilities,excellent team of professional coaches,scientific and technical assistance,the depth of the echelon construction,the introduction of the system,the system of training for many years,a reasonable reward and punishment management mechanism,a good team atmosphere,were the reasons for China’s outstanding college swimming team’s success.6.The negative factors in the development and construction of the swimming team in colleges and universities were as follows: college swim race is scarce;the result is not ideal;the participation of colleges is not enough;the conditions of the venues are limited;the degree of leadership attention is not enough and the league review system is not rigorous.According to the results,the following suggestions are put forward:1.Pay attention to the development of college swim league,and increase the national college swimming competition.Meanwhile,add the regional competition,college competitions and other level events are available.Besides,pay attention to encourage the national college team enthusiasm,and strive to promote the college swimming team to carry out the work.2.Improve the division of the work of the swimming activities,strict competition for the qualifications of athletes,crack down on the activities of counterfeiting,against violations of the fair competition behavior,increase its punishment.Actively maintain the fairness of the tournament,just and openly.3.Increase the funding of college swimming team,to speed up the popularization of the construction of swimming pool.And actively cooperate with the enterprises,for the college swimming team to provide economic basis to ensure the training of the team and the operation of the funding.4.Lay stress on improving the level of coaching team coaches,to take full-time commissioner set.Pay attention to the swimming team’s team atmosphere to enhance the swimming pool collective cohesion.Rational use of the supporting role of scientific research resources to ensure that the college swimming team perennial system,scientific training.5.Pay attention to college swimming team enrollment work to ensure that the swimming team echelon construction work.Establish a perfect and clear reward and punishment system,so as to effectively complete the swimming team students learning and training management,and toensure the
