Team Work In Research Of The Weariness Problems About Peasant-workers' Children

Peasant-worker is a unique product under urban-rural dual system and a special social group emerged in a particular historical era. According to the statistics,there are around 274 million peasant workers at present in China. Because of the instability of their work environment and long working hours, peasant workers are too busy to look after their children. Not to say to help their children with study. Their cultural level are generally worse than those of ordinary people, which will result in the problem of school-weariness of their children. This article is going to get involved in the case subjects through the group work of social work, hoping to reduce their situation of school-weariness and keep on going towards the positive direction, and provide more society attention for such group.This paper takes the team work intervention to the problem of school-weariness of peasant workers' children as its research and takes the S middle school in Shenyang as an example to design some targeted group activities for the case subjects, trying to understand the current situation and problem of school-weariness in the peasant workers'family with the intervention of domestic and foreign relevant theories and methods of social work.This paper sets the field and focus of study through the definition of the relevant concepts such as the peasant workers' children, school-weariness and group work. Select the emotional ABC theory,social learning theory as the theoretical support. Try to find the problem and reason of school-weariness of peasant workers' children through field research and in-depth investigation. This paper chooses a professional way-team work to achieve the purpose of improving the problem of school-weariness of peasant workers'children through the process from picking up case by the social workers,estimating the situation of case subjects, setting goals and action plans, intervening the problem of case subjects, evaluating the completion of the target to the final settlement. In the end,this paper gives an conclusion of the improvement of the problem of school-weariness of peasant workers' children through the social work intervention of the service object and puts forward some suggestions to improve the problem of school-weariness of peasant workers' children,such as helping their parents to change the backward education ideas and ways, calling for more effective configuration of social workers of school,encouraging the students with school-weariness to establish good learning habits and methods, improving the education system of peasant workers' children and so on.
