| With the cominrg of twenty-first Century,and the advanced development of science and technology with ICT being core,the talent requirements for international society have been changed as wel All countries and international orgainizations have formulated a’Key Competences" framework in order to help the young to handle the advanced development of science and technology,and the complex environment of fierce international competition.The core of key competences is not simply the learning of basic knowledge and skills,but focuses on the training of problem-solving ability,innovation ability and thinking ability.Career Education is a long-term education which promotes the individual development and regards developing students into independent social men and professional men as the goal,which is also a kind of sustainable lifelong education.At the beginning of twenty-first century,with the structure change in Japan’s economic industry and diversification and liquidity of employment forms,Japanese Ministry of education puts forward that systematic career education should be implemented from the preschool education to higher education in recent years.Its aim is to cultivate the basic abilities and attitudes of students as social individuals.Accordingly,Japan proposed the specific contents of career education training in 2011,men need to furtherance the careers sustainable development,which were namely the ability of interpersonal relationship formation,the ability of self-understanding and self-management,the ability of problems handling,as well as the ability of planning and decision making.As we can know,career education and international key competency have many things in common.Consequently,in the background of international key competences,combing the theoretical bases and policy changes of Japanese career education,this paper attempts to reveal the relationship between the competencies that Japanese career education developed and competency put forward by international society,and clarifies the career education practice system and its characteristics analyses of students in Japanese primary and secondary schools in the context of key competency,as well as hopes to have some useful referential significance to the career education of primary and secondary schools students in our country.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction with mainly expounding the reasons of topic selection,the concept of definition,the research status of home and abroad,and the ideas and methods of this research.The second part is about the international background and domestic background of Japanese career education.The third part discusses the theoretical bases and policy changes of Japanese career education.The fourth part illustrates the misunderstanding of Japanese career education in the initial stage,the trend of international education,and the Japanese career education of primary and secondary schools based on competenciescultivating.The fifth part discourses upon the practice system of Japanese primary and secondary schools career education.The sixth part analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of Japanese primary and secondary schools career education,and provides some references for the development of China’s career education in primary and secondary schools. |
