On The Construction Of Teaching Resources Pool In Vocational College Base The MOOC Environment

Inquiry into the Construction of Teaching Resources Pool in Vocational College under the MOOC has an important role in promoting the construction of professional colleges with high economic and social development docking,innovating the higher education teaching,promoting vocational education personnel training relevance and usefulness,and enhancing the vocational students' interest and capacity.It is the booster to achieve the teaching goal of higher vocational and it has a great significance to serve economic and social development.Firstly,from five areas that targeting,basic features,construction content,operation mode and target groups of services to outline the resource library,to deepen the services for teachers teaching,students learning and social autonomy of learners continuing education.And to drive the development of relevant profession teaching resources,deepen teaching reform and innovation,enhance professional and curriculum construction.And improve the quality of personnel training and social service capabilities.Then combining the advantages of MOOC and construction status,this paper elaborated the existing problems in the construction of the vocational education resource library.Mainly as follows: resource was old and lack of logic;Industry resource was difficult to effectively use;Virtual teaching resource scarcity and lack of evaluation criteria.These cause it can't be assisted teaching and learning.Support platform was complex operation,features a single,intelligent weak and promote operational mechanisms were inadequate.These cause it was insufficient to meet the application requirements.The existing models lack of the evaluation and incentives of the resources.It was difficult to certificate Learning outcomes.And it lack of long-term mechanism.As the deficiencies of the current project management and the budget was disjointed with the business.System was not perfect and may not be implemented.It was not enough to regulate the construction and application.Finally,the following recommendations for the construction of the problems: First,to achieve scientific construction,should make a comprehensive plan to establish a "people-oriented" construction concept,the industry needs as the logical starting point and the Higher Colleges construction work as a top design basis.Secondly,to meet the individual learning needs,should strengthen the internal logic link between resources,and in-depth research and develop the teaching resources and establish the resource evaluation standards.Third,to achieve the sustainable development of the higher vocational education teaching resources library,should organize the organization with clear responsibility and construct the tight management operation system to give full play the exemplary higher vocational institutions,and increase the participation of enterprise efforts.Fourth,to achieve long-term operating mechanism of the repository and comprehensively improve application effect,we should establish the normative standers and improve the platform and create environments and evaluation and incentive mechanism.
