The purpose of this study is to explore the effects of adventure education on the development of the stress resistance of lovelorn undergraduates.The study used cycling and physical exercise to ensure adventure education programs were conducted about three to five times a week each month,for a total of nine months.The program is expected to have three cycles of action,including operational readiness-the development of resistance to stress,early action-resistance to stress,and mid-life-the development of personal protective factors.In each period,the researchers through interviews,participation in observation,together with the study participants to discuss,reflect and decide the focus of the next action,the ultimate success of the two students to help out of the haze of lovelorn.In this paper,we found that the internal factors of college students’ ability to resist stress include solving problems,interpersonal skills,setting goals,dealing with emotions,facing setbacks,positive plans for the future and so on,and the adventure education program can improve these aspects effectively.We also found that in the course of the implementation of the program,the level of the resistance of the object growth is not always go well,but a tortuous process of progress.Finally,some suggestions are put forward on the problems of the research and future research directions,including the assessment of the needs of the clients,the requirements of the patients’ physical quality,the cultivation of the trust relationship and the future research direction of the adventure education.
