| With the rise of computer network technology and the rapid development of online education,educational informationization in China has entered a new stage of development.As agricultural colleges and universities are an important branch of colleges and universities,under the influence of the flourish of educational informationization,increasing emphasis on informationization has provided a solid foundation for the construction and services of digital teaching resources.In this context,the study focused on two parts:theory and demonstration.About theory,the author collected a large number of digital teaching resources construction and service-related literatures and laid a theoretical foundation for empirical research and problems countermeasures analysis by summarizing the conditions of the traditional teaching resources and digital learning resources,domestic and foreign information construction and the construction and services of digital teaching resources.In the demonstration part,the author carried out questionnaire survey on the degree of construction,ownership,content,sources and other issues of digital teaching resources among constructors of digital teaching resources from 20 domestic agricultural universities.Meanwhile,the author carried out questionnaire survey on the service condition,demand,the effect on teaching,satisfaction and other issues of digital teaching resources among digital teaching resources users-250 students and 200 teachers from domestic agricultural universities.The survey data analysis showed that the hardware construction status of digital teaching resources in informatization of agricultural universities is generally good;the content and forms of digital learning resource are rich and varied with wide coverage;relative policies are perfect;professional skills and service support are relatively good;digital teaching resources are updated in time and well-maintained;teachers are well-involved in the construction of digital teaching resources;the application of digital learning resources in teaching aids shows good effects,teachers and students are benefited,and there is a need to establish relevant educational and professional resource library.Along with all the achievement agricultural universities achieved in the digital teaching resources construction and service,there are many problems:lack of financial support during the construction,with the rapid development of the number of construction,quality of resources cannot be guaranteed;the setting of the standard of relevant digital teaching resources and the level of implementation is relatively low;the understanding from teachers of the relevant standards and regulations is insufficient;blind spots exist in the promotion of digital teaching resources and services;the scientificity and systematicness of the contents need to be improved.To counter the existing problems,this study put forward the related countermeasures:functional departments play an active role in leading the right direction;raise awareness of the importance,increase financial support;speed up the standard setting,improve the degree of standardization of resources;step up publicity efforts to increase the impact force;strengthening resources construction capacity and improve service quality monitoring. |
