In recent years,with the professional process of tennis movement and the competition increased,the competition was increasingly difficulty,the physical fitness has became the important factor to the game achievement.With the training of the athletes increasingly sophisticated and physical training in the wide range of effective application,the tennis coaches paid more and more attention to athletes physical training.However,there were still difficult programs,such as the allocation proportion of physical training in strength,stamina,agility,flexibility,speed quality training time and the reasonable arrangement of annual training plan in physical fitness program and so on.The article made a research on the Jiangsu woman's team,which was preparing for the Fuzhou games.Based on the Investigation and monitoring of the team,the article explored tennis project in Jiangsu Province young women about physical training rules,analysis of physical fitness of athletes were insufficient.The aim was to provide a reliable reference for coaches to develop physical fitness training,improved the physical fitness of athletes,and provided practical and theoretical basis for improving the competitive ability of woman's tennis in Jiangsu province.The article used the literature data method,tracking and monitoring method,expert interview method to do research on Jiangsu woman's tennis,which focused on the physical training theory and practice.according to the article,it obtained the following conclusions:(1)Physical fitness is an important part of tennis athlete athletics ability structure and strengthen the study on the theory and practice of training,which could improve the overall competitive ability of the tennis player on the woman's tennis ball.(2)In the great annual training cycle,according to the periodic characteristics of the various qualities,scientific and reasonable arrangement of physical stamina training plan.As the game time,realize the general physical fitness to the special physical,make the athlete to adjust to the best competitive state.(3)The physical training in the jiangsu woman's tennis team use collective intensive training combined with personal for the form of training.In group,on the basis of intensive training,fully respect sports personality development needs,play to the advantages of the development of personalized athletes,to motivate the team training game.(4)The jiangsu woman's tennis player in the process of physical training,the choice of different training approaches and methods for different training results,reasonable,can change the athletes physical training means and methods to improve athletes' performance,training plan should be targeted and variability.
