Innovation is the coreofinnovation resources,mastergraduate students are the core of the reserve bank,their innovation ability has a direct impact on personnel training methods.The key of promote master graduate students' innovation ability is to has a effective evaluation on master graduate students' innovation ability.However,there's no highly recognition standard whose objective and precise for the university.Therefore,a scientific and reasonable evaluation system of master graduate students' innovation ability is urgently needed.This paper is based on the literature combination,using SPSS,YAPPH and other software,combined with AHP,to analyze master graduate students' innovation ability.The main contents are as follows:1.Influence factors analysis.According to the method of literature analysis,I define some relative concepts:innovation,innovation ability,innovation related theories,master graduate students' innovation ability.By the reseach of literature analysis about the master graduate students' innovation ability evaluation,I sum up the influencing factors of master graduate students' innovation ability.2.Evaluation system construction.According to the literature analysis which other scholars did,I induce the 27 influence factors about master graduate students' innovation ability.Through the way of questionnaire survey,I select 15 important influence factors,by using SPSS statistical software for factor analysis,in accordance with factor analysis method to extract factor criterion,I extract five common factors.I establish the master graduate students' innovation ability including five first-level indicators,contains intellectual innovation,innovation spirit,innovation konwledge accumulation,innovation based on the practice and innovation enviornment,and 15 secondary indicators,such as observation ability,team-work spirit,professional courses,academic atmosphere,social practice and so on.Combined with the analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and using YAHHP software to calculate the weight coefficient of master graduate students' innovation ability indicator system.3.Analyze a typical case.According to the result of evaluation of master graduate students' innovation ability of Wuhan Institute of Technology and combining each indicator weight.I find the key factors affect the innovative ability of graduate students.I suggest four aspects to promote the master graduate students' innovation ability of Wuhan Institute of Technology,as it fellows: strengthening the learning of professional courses,attaching great importance to the social and school practice,encouraging master graduate students to participate in or host subjects,strengthening the ability training of memory.
