At present, although Chinese education is developing rapidly, uneven distribution of education resources is a big problem of elementary education. As the high quality school resources cannot meet the needs of people, the cram school for College Entrance Examination which is an essential part of private education draw lots of attention, and it becomes the opportunity for students who are unable to enter the brilliant university. However, the cram school isn't really a part of the education system, thus it is lack of government supervision in the long run, and its development issues are worthy of research.Cram school for College Entrance Examination is the school which provides teaching service to the students aiming at entering satisfied university. Ministry of education officially forbids the public school running cram school for College Entrance Examination, so the present cram schools in China are private schools.Beginning with depiction of the present condition of cram schools, the paper analyzes the nowadays conditions and discusses the issues, while combining the school's facilities and teachers. The paper follows a school's subjective perspective and the train of thought from "questions" to "theory", then from "theory" to "problem analyzing and problem solving". Its central issue is how to reform the present situation of cram schools, and enhance the fine development of the cram school for College Entrance Examination.With the development of cram schools as the research object, the paper analyzes problems by the qualitative and quantificational research and collects the background material and data. Through the questionnaire, observation and interview, the paper analyzes deeply the current situation of cram schools. On this foundation, the author puts forward oriented countermeasures and suggestions on long-term development of the cram schools.By the questionnaire survey to the students, the paper evaluates the cram schools from six dimensions and realizes the cram school is in a chaos. Because of lacking of official supervision and effective management, there are many problems emerging, for example, poor school condition, unreasonable charge, frequent teacher flows and lack of psychological counseling. So the government must take effective supervision for the cram school.In order to achieve this goal, via theoretical thinking and practical reflection, the paper puts forward constructive countermeasures and suggestions covering the school conditions, charging system, class management, teaching staff construction, pattern of running schools, and psychological counseling.
