Culture needs communication. We are living in the age called "Web 2.0" in which information is important to help us convey values and opinion.The essay takes CUC for instance, using the methods of interviewing, questionnaires,literature researches to study the communicating routes of soccer information flows mainly via interpersonal communication and mass communicaion. However, both of them have defects:The effect of interpersonal communication is better than mass communication, but the influence is much worse. Thus, it is necessary to mix them.The research offers suggestions base on the model of "5W"s by Harold Lasswell looking for the best methods, not only for CUC but also all universities in China.
