Rapid development of the market economy and the fast pace of the globalization process has increased demand for talents,especially for the high-level talents with high quality.To meet the market demand for excellent managers and other senior management personnel,China started Executive Master of Business Administration(EMBA)professional degree pilot in 2002.However,along with the reform of the education system and the opening of the education market in China,universities have to seize the market by every possible means.Senior management personnel is more and more strict with the quality of EMBA teaching and the society places higher demands on the quality of talents,the competition between universities is becoming more and more fierce.EMBA,as a kind of special education mode,has gradually changed from past sellers dominating market to buyers dominating market.In order to stay ahead in the fierce competition and meet the increasing demand,the EMBA education project must integrate resources,improve quality,build image,and build brand without delay.D university is one of the first universities that the State Council awards the degree of EMBA,exploring actively in the field of education EMBA.D university gradually adapt to the Chinese development environment,at the same time,D formed its own teaching ideas and development ideas,but there are still something to be improved.The author is in D University EMBA teaching environment for many years and has a real experience on the improvement of the present situation of EMBA education in D University and the study about the current situation of EMBA education in China.We research on the brand building strategy of university D combined with the current domestic and foreign EMBA education research and education brand research background in this paper.Based on two aspects of educational brand theory and practice research,we obtained the key problems of EMBA education brand building in D university.In addition,the key factors were analyzed by the method of questionnaire survey.Finally,In order to provide some experience and theoretical value for the development of EMBA education project in D University,we summed up five most important factors in improving the level of brand building in University D.
