Research On Financial Internal Control Strategy Of H College

In recent years,most universities in our country are gradually expanding the size of school,at the same time the funding gap is also growing,so our universities are finding many ways to broaden the financing channels.However,in recent years Chinese Universities internal control failures frequently happened,mostly involving Universities economic business.Most Chinese universities currently don't pay attention to risk control,in formal defect such as internal oversight and internal control activities of University Construction.To modernize the universities,universities regulate economic activities and daily management activities,to avoid mismanagement of potential risks,it is necessary to improve the internal control system of universities.Therefore,the research of internal control is very necessary and important.In this paper,starting from the reality of research on universities,education-related laws and regulations,combined with the internal control relevant literature found that the current internal control theory of universities is less and lag,while the development stage of internal control also Universities in internal check stage.In response to this situation,this paper the basic theory of the university internal control relevant to the study,pointed out that university internal control have to improve the quality of public services and achieve the four goals of sustainable development,and summarizes the main features of internal control and the corresponding Universities control elements.Secondly,by analyzing the general status of our internal control Universities should explore common problems of internal control.Then,through field research and case analysis,internal control status of A College of the study,combined with the actual situation of A university found that it had a good sense of internal control and internal control implementation basis,but in the internal control environment,risk assessment,etc.five areas are still inadequate.Therefore,this paper research on the internal control problems of A university in depth,from the direction of development requirements and universities' latest policies and regulations,put forward the corresponding improvement strategies,in order to further promote the development of internal control system of universities.
