Research On The Deficiency Of Honesty And Countermeasures Of Doday’s College Students

With the progress of deepening reform in our country and maintaining rapid economic growth speed of development,in many fields of society lack of honesty.In recent years,the problem of college students’ honesty deficiency is becoming more and more serious,which seriously affect the student’s individual growth.The problem of honesty deficiency runs counter to our country advocate the implementation of quality education in the university,core values of socialism,enhancing cultural soft power and other strategic objectives.College students as the valuable human resources and the backbone of building socialism with Chinese characteristics,which shouldering the historic mission of building a well-off society in an all-round way and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Improving the level of college students’ honesty are urgent for its personal and even the country’s social development.Based on the current national development strategic situation and the urgency of the college students’ honesty problems governance,and through to the domestic and foreign relevant college students integrity research review and summarize.The article take the literature material law,comparative reference method,questionnaire survey method and interview method,and carries on the actual investigation to the college students’ honesty in our country.Understanding the lack of college students’ honesty is mainly reflected in the lack of academic integrity,lack of integrity of life,lack of economic integrity,lack of political integrity and lack of employment integrity and so on.Then an in-depth analysis on college students’ honesty deficiency performance,and the main cause of today’s college students’ honesty deficiency are harmful effect of environment,defect of integrity education,college students’ individual factors and relevant system barrier.Analysing the main reasons for the college students’ honesty deficiency,and combining with the experience of foreign college students integrity level higher countries for reference,and to explore out some strategies to improve the level of today’s college students honesty in our country:from four factors: society,school,family,peer group,to create a good credit environment;from the three dimensions of the way,content and method of honesty education,to improve the education model of honesty;from three levels of the university students’ understanding,accomplishment and will,to cultivate students’ individual;from integrity credit reporting mechanism,from the integrity mechanism,credit archives management,credit evaluation system,incentive mechanism and supervision mechanism of honesty and integrity to discuss several aspects,to improve the integrity management system.Therefore,by heteronomy and self-discipline,subjective and objective,and the combination of a variety of ways and means to improve the level of college students’ honesty.
