| In the new period,the teacher must have the new teaching idea and the education teaching method,the active adoption of new methods in the process of education teaching,it is particularly important,team cooperation is one of many new teaching methods.Constructivism theory is that: everyone view of material existence is different,the understanding of the outside world is also different,so we understand each are not identical,therefore,cannot be taught by the teacher pure,students should be involved in the process of knowledge formation,in this way can we truly learn and understand the knowledge.\ "Pyramid\" learning theory is that: if the students can actively participate in the learning process,especially the application immediately,to guide other students,and finally the mastery of the knowledge can be very good.Applications the teacher wants to create as much as possible the opportunity for students to team cooperation,lets the student in the study to acquire knowledge,to improve together,the process of cooperation will high school students learn communication,cooperation,and the process of knowledge becomes more vivid,diversification and firm.From six aspects to carry out the practice research,this paper first chapter is the introduction,the purpose and significance of cooperative learning group is analyzed,as well as domestic and foreign research situation of this kind of study way;The second chapter to define the concept of group work,and introduces the theoretical basis of team cooperation,have a pyramid learning theory,constructivism theory and development;The third chapter of my high school’s teachers and students,the questionnaire survey to analysis find out the problems and research direction;The fourth chapter analysis principle and strategy of group work application,there should be scientific and reasonable grouping,not every class is suitable for use when application,but to find the right content,teachers play a large role;The fifth chapter analyzes in the specific application of each kind of class type,there are different application methods;The sixth chapter summary and prospect.Through the study found that use of cooperative learning group,by selecting the proper teaching content,reasonable group classification,according to different class type to choose the right means of organization,take reasonable and effective way of evaluation,the individual student’s study into a group of common tasks,everyone to the development of the team,for the common learning goals,fully devoted to learning,in the process of learning,students’ various aspects ability can be good exercise and improve.Cooperative learning group made the vigor and vitality,with the development of the infinite possible,through the cooperation between teachers and students and students and can improve the students’ cooperation consciousness,team spirit,make physical learning is full of exploration and discussion,to return to the nature of the physical classroom.Group cooperative learning can improve the classroom atmosphere,the formation of a more profound understanding of knowledge,improve the classroom efficiency,cultivate students’ language ability,improve the students’ consciousness and team spirit of cooperation,achieve the goal of comprehensive training talents,provide support for each student’s life-time development. |
