So according to the investigation, the employment intention of nursing students at different levels in higher vocational colleges, to understand the factors the factors considered in terms of employment and its impact on the professional setting, which is of great significance to the professional setting, enrollment, ability training and employment guidance.ObjectiveBased on the understanding of students, the employment intention of secondary, higher vocational nursing, analyze its influencing factors, put forward intervention measures as the basis, for students to establish a correct view of employment, medical colleges and universities, students employment guidance and the existing clinical nursing staff shortage situation provide basis.Materials and methodsThis study selected the health of Career Academy in Northern Anhui, coming to the clinical practice of nursing specialty in Secondary n Higher Vocational Colleges of nursing students as the research object, the basic situation, Through the form of questionnaire survey to understand the basic situation of nursing students, family background, job intention and the current employment guidance on the work of the work of the opinions and suggestions. All the date put into the software of SPSS 13.0 to analyses, using the statistical description, single factor analysis of variance and other analysis methods.Main Results1. obtain employment where about direction:Overall,54.5% of the students in higher vocational college nursing students are inclined to engage in clinical nursing work, specific to the 44.9% part of the secondary nursing students preferred to continue to learn.2. Career impact factors:in higher vocational nursing students preferred factors including work place and wages; In terms of employment starting salary, nearly 90% of the nursing students considered in the range of 1000-3000 Yuan.3. Employment region selection:59% of the higher vocational students choose employment in small and medium cities,49% of the secondary vocational nursing students choose employment in the big cities, compared to the township level,90.9% of the middle and higher vocational nursing students choose to work in the city. For the grassroots employment attitude:In 76.3% of the higher vocational nursing students can be considered.4. the top three of the departments were surgery, operation room, pediatrics.5. Employment cognition:For the general cognition of the employment situation of the nursing profession 55.1%, the higher vocational nursing students think that the employment situation is better,30.8% of the nursing students think that the employment situation is generally; After graduation to find a job in mind,80.3%of vocational nursing students generally believe that work can be found through the work. At the same time, nearly 80% of the nursing students think that gender factors have little influence on employment, while 71.2% of the vocational and technical college students think that personal professional knowledge, operation skill is the biggest factor affecting the employment, higher vocational nursing students in 23% of the population to consider the degree of personal honor, the school brand is also an important factor in the impact; the formation of the concept of the most influential groups for parents or other relatives, accounting for the surveyed 80.8%. Demand for the employment guidance:45.9% of secondary vocational nursing students think that should be. focused on career planning and post development guidance, 37% of vocational nursing students are more inclined to specific resume production, job etiquette and interview skills training. The problem of employment guidance in the top two is that the employment guidance department and students communicate and exchange is not enough and the analysis of the employment trend is not enough. The ultimate goal of employment:It is generally believed that the ultimate aim of employment is to live a life of ideal and to realize the value of one’s life.ConclusionNursing students in secondary vocational schools:(1) The specific target of employment, lack of awareness of entrepreneurship, high expectations of employment(2) The reality of choosing a job, the subject consciousness is insufficient, and is easy to be influenced by the external factors.(3) Career cognition is reasonable, the self cognition is not clear enough, and the environment is not enough.Nursing students in Higher Vocational colleges:(1) The mentality of employment is rational, the employment thought is clear, and the value orientation is more utilitarian.(2) The employment goal is clear, the professional identity is higher, and the employment path is lack of innovation.Countermeasures and suggestions(1) Nursing students in secondary vocational schools:Actively establish lofty ideals, scientific understanding of professional characteristics, combined with the current employment situation, do their own positioning, find their own shortcomings, establish a correct view of choosing a job, play a subjective initiative, and cultivate innovative employment awareness. (2) Higher vocational nursing students:To establish the correct values, strengthen internal, and lay a "solid basic skills", global consciousness, fully understand the employment situation, recognize their own reality, explore improve personal comprehensive quality potential, innovative employment ideas, multi-faceted, multi angle to seek employment. (3) Vocational Colleges:Should focus on the analysis of the enrollment, employment situation, comprehensive optimization of internal and external environment, deepen teaching reform, strengthen all aspects of education and teaching; adjust the personnel training mode, combining theory with practice, pay attention to students’comprehensive quality promotion; make full use of new media and other ways to strengthen students’ employment, employment skills training, employment oriented, do comprehensive service.
