Teachers’ professional identity refers to a synthesis of the a positive cognition, emotion and behavior inclination related to their work and their internalized occupational role. As teachers’ positive attitude concerning their work, teachers’ professional identity belongs to the objects of studies on teachers’ positive occupational psychology. Teachers’ professional identity is essential for teachers’ professional development. In this study, based on a comprehensive analysis of these studies, discovered the deficiency, and through interviews, observation, the method of physical analysis, to explain the story information, formed the research framework.This study, by the method of narrative research, to full-time master of education F students as the research object, the process of teachers’ professional identity are deep trace, truly show the research object in the different stages of study the state of teachers’ professional identity and never agree to identity the whole transformation process. The author deep into the F students learning and life, took a year’s time to gather together with F students, finishing all aspects of the data, then the collected data analysis, finally find the factors influencing the F students of teachers’ professional identity. The author expects to give other master of educationr some advice.The whole study is divided into four parts, through the F students earlay family life, enter oneself for an examination of undergraduate course, job experience, education masterD s examination of motivation, education practice and so on, the trajectory of teachers’ professional identity, the factors influencing teachers’ professional identity are analyzed. Comprehensive this study, the following conclusions:1. F students of teachers’ professional identity is a process of dynamic change.2. F students choose teachers external factors include:family expectations and recognition of the influence of the teacher and students; Internal dynamics include: childhood dream, herself recognition and satisfied of teachers’ professional.3. From F Students the whole process of the formation of teachers’ professional identity, master of education stage of the education internship experience for the effects of teachers’ professional identity is very big.4. The external influence factors of F Students teachers’ professional identity are: family environment, the influence of important others, and the stimulation of key events; Internal factors are:education beliefs, personal ideal, self-identity, education practice in the education teaching experience accumulation, student experience, positive reflection habits and the infuence of personality.
