A Practical Study On The Problem Of Relative Deprivation Of Women In Social Work

As China's social transformation into the accelerated period,the process of urbanization is accelerating,a large number of rural women into urban workers.Through the survey found that these rural migrant women into the city,due to the living environment,the labor environment changes,so that in the city life and work in a lot of incompatibility,resulting in a relative sense of deprivation,its individual family and society have produced Negative impact.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to carry out practical research on the relative deprivation of migrant women.This paper combines the three methods of literature research,questionnaires and practical research,and takes the dual role of an action researcher into the investigation.Based on the theory of sociology and social work,this paper designs a questionnaire on the relative deprivation of migrant women,and examines the horizontal and vertical deprivation of migrant women from three aspects: economic life,family life and social life.Try to analyze the reasons for the relative deprivation of migrant women from the perspective of social work.Based on the investigation of the situation,the design of the work of the case and the work of the group program and implemented to explore the social work involved in the relative deprivation of migrant women to eliminate the feasibility and effectiveness.It is proved that under the service concept of social work,the social workers are based on psychological adjustment,capacity building and social support for the purpose of helping people to help themselves,and can use the case work and group work method to help the migrant women to eliminate the relative deprivation,Promote its integration into urban life.Case work can give full play to its individual advantages,for the owner of the relative deprivation of the reasons,the right medicine,to take effective measures to help the owner to solve the problem to eliminate the relative deprivation.The group can use the group's situation to make up for the lack of socialization of members,but also can use the power of collective cooperation to solve the difficulties.In this survey,an anti-domestic violence group was set up to help migrant women out of the haze of domestic violence.Through the activities of the Anti-Domestic Violence Group,the team members were relieved of the bad mood,promoted the members' self-confidence and expanded their social support network.While informing members of the group about the dangers of domestic violence,relevant legal knowledge and how to fight against domestic violence.Through the improvement of group members' emotions and the improvement of resistance to domestic violence,so as to eliminate the relative deprivation of migrant women.In the investigation and study,the social work involved in the flow of women relative deprivation of digestion service carried out a positive summary and reflection,and try to make recommendations.Social work involved in the issue of relative deprivation of women should be demand-oriented,according to the actual needs of mobile women put forward the feasibility of the program,while the implementation of cross-sectoral cooperation mechanism,the use of good community platform,access to more favorable resources for migrant women to provide services.
