Special education is education for children with disabilities and other children with special educational needs.It is an important indicator of the degree of civilization in a country and region.The quality of special education depends on the quality of special education teachers,and the curriculum of pre-service teacher education will affect the quality of teachers.China’s Taiwan region relative to the mainland,the development of special education started earlier,Taiwan colleges and universities in the teacher training has a relatively complete experience.Through the interview,we will interview the special education department of three normal universities in Taiwan to analyze the special education teacher training program of three normal universities in Taiwan,and explore the special education teacher education curriculum in the secondary education stage in Taiwan.The study found that the scope of special education in Taiwan was higher than that in mainland China and the special education system was relatively perfect.The corresponding special education teachers were also improved in the pre-service training system,and the special education teachers in the primary and secondary education were fragmented.The pre-school education curriculum of educational teachers is divided into two types: the type of obstacle oriented and the type of discipline.In the middle school education in Taiwan,the pre-school education curriculum of special education teachers,especially the discipline-oriented curriculum,has a strong reference significance for the reform of pre-service education curriculum for special education teachers in mainland China.
