With the transformation of economy and promoting process of popularization of higher education in China,personal demands structure has undergone considerable adjustment.Employment issues have attracted wide attention from various sectors of the community.Professional counterparts rate is an important evaluation of the quality of employment.The study on these graduates contributed to a deeper understanding of real needs of the post.This study is investigated by means of questionnaires and interviews.After in-depth interviews in 19 graduates,the study used grounded theory to analyze interview data.The discussion is as follows:Professional match is one of the key factors in the choice of job.Overall,about 50%graduates reach high level of counterpart and 25%graduates result in low level.There are significant differences in different types of industries,jobs and enterprises.4 factors:not meeting expectations,the impact of competition for jobs,major surgery and school problems are the main reasons for low levels of counterpart.Some posts have restrictions to the professionals.However,the difference of counterparts has little impact on salary,career development;most of the graduates do not believe that professional counterparts are necessary.Graduates expect that colleges can provide professional candidates and employment guidance,reduce the threshold for changing professional,adjust professional according to the social needs,adjust the course content and attach importance to internship. |
