Based on the modern cognitive psychology theory,The formation process of knowledge is more and more attended by today's teaching.With the need of curriculum reform and characteristics of physical subject,the measurement and evaluation of understanding cognitive objectives also appears especially important.Then,how to measure and evaluate the objectives of understanding have been aced with the problem by physical teachers and education workers.The main contents of this study include:how to define the understanding cognitive objectives evaluation standard?what is the difference between understanding cognitive objectives and application cognitive objectives?Based on schema theory,what are the differences between the behavior of understand physical properties and the behavior of understand physical formula?The study combine bloom's cognitive objectives classification and contemporary cognitive psychology's classification of declarative knowledge,make Knowledge representation of the internal process and students' external behavior establish contact,analyze the evaluation standard of understanding cognitive objectives in the process of physical teaching.Through the questionnaire and interview survey with physical teachers,we realize the evaluation standard of understanding cognitive objectives to physical teachers isn't unified,and also.unclear.So to clarify the evaluation standard of understanding cognitive objectives shows very significant.The study make a measurement experiment with four classes in two grade,it shows that there is a lot of difference on the thinking process and final result between answer routine and understanding level test.It come to the conclusion that the ability of answering understanding level test is more weak.
