Research In Improvement Of Tianjin Statistics Work Based On Geographic Information

Tianjin is one of the most important economic centers in northern China,its development of economy and society is in a superposition with multiple opportunities,and it is experiencing rapid development in new economic format.Faced with these new circumstances,on the one hand,the rapid economic development of the statistics calls for higher requirements;on the other hand,there are many problems in Tianjin statistics work,including the issues of institutional mechanisms,the problems in statistical methodology and the problems of data analysis,which makes Tianjin statistics cannot better serve the economic and social development.Therefore,we need to reform the system of statistics and statistical tools for further innovation of exploration and practice to achieve promotion of statistics.This paper mainly combines the theory of GIS,briefly introduces the main architecture of geographic information systems and related theoretical guidance.In contrast to the foreign mature GIS,to find their experience of successful use,in an effort to explore the possible applications of GIS in our government sector.Secondly,we really achieved the analysis and design of geographic information system.After that,this paper developed the system as a platform for government work in Tianjin which will be indicated by some actual cases;on the other hand,this will be used to explain the actual functionality of the system in terms of the promotion of Tianjin statistics work.
