| Running schools by means of collectivization is an important part of the development of the compulsory education in China, and is also an effective way to push forward the balanced development of compulsory education. The mode of Running schools by means of collectivization puts the elite school in the first place, and manages the school、science and research、teaching in a unified way, sharing the good education resources of management, teachers, equipment together. Nowadays, the mode of running schools by means of collectivization has become an important move for education administrative department to push forward the regional educational balance and improve the quality of regional education. In this school-running mode, it is a systematic and complex project to research into suitable teaching management. In the process of the development of running schools, we should consider both the factual development situation of the school and external factors of it, explore suitable teaching management research and develop the level of hardware and software of the school in order to maximize the efficiency of teaching management.This article bases on the research into the mode of running school by means of collectivization to improve the teaching management of middle schools and better the mode of teaching management and improve the management level. Its main contents include the background, purpose and significance of this research; comparison with the other researches on running school by means of collectivization at home and abroad; concluding the present situation of teaching management of middle schools run by means of collectivization with the method of research and analysis; and offering solutions to improve the situation aiming at these problems at the end of it. The main innovative point of this article is that it does research on middle school education; analyzes the newly-developed mode, that is, the mode of running school by means of collectivization; specifically analyzes the present situation of teaching management in the schools run by means of collectivization; analyzes the existing problems and offers some perfect suggestions constructively. |
