With the advent of the era of "Internet+", "Internet+education" has become a hot topic in education. The microlecture has sprung up in the rapid development of information technology, mobile communication and the educational reform. It is like the breeze diving into education, the microlecture has become the heated topic between education experts and teachers. The microlecture originated in the United States, and it started relatively late in China. The majority of the microlectures are applied to various subjects in primary and secondary schools, especially to some science subjects in China. While the microlecture applied to senior English teaching in the high school, is very rare. The traditional teaching mode like "cramming" and "teacher-centered" has been misplaced. The emergence of microlecture offers a way for high school English teachers to change the traditional teaching mode. However, due to the microlecture's weakness itself, it leads to the rare microlecture's application to senior English teaching.In this paper, it aims at exploring the phenomenon that the microlecture has trouble landing into English class in high school. According to the student-oriented microlecture theory, this research constructs a new microlecture teaching mode—— "pre-learning----while-learnin----post-learning". And this microlecture mode is applied to senior English class. First of all, this study explores the application state of microlecture in high school English teaching through the questionnaire to high school English teachers; it can offer the preliminary analysis for the application of microlecture in senior English teaching. Then, according to microlecture'teaching principles such as subject-oriented, students' subjectivity, situation interests and resource- integrated, the study design the microlecture mode——"pre-learning----micro lead in, while-learning----micro teaching, post-learning----micro practicing". And this study takes the new senior English for China student's book2 Unitl "Cultural relics" as an example. Finally, this study carries out the microlecture in senior English class by questionnaire, experiment test and interview outlineThis study analyzes and studies whether the microlecture teaching mode can arouse students' interest, increase learning efficiency and improve students' grades in senior English learning by microlecture application in senior English class. And this study explores whether this mode can promote students'individual learning and autonomous learning. Meanwhile this study still studies whether the microlecture in senior English class can be used as a routine method.
