Teaching decision-making refers to the decision of teachers under the teaching circumstance. The result of teaching decision-making is not only relates to teaching quality and effect, but growth with students and teachers. Research decision-making on teaching started relatively late in China. At present, research on teaching aims at studying decision-making methods and findings drawing from western countries, constituting Chinese teaching decision-making theory. With the promotion of spirit of new curriculum and quality education, as well as the popularity of website and mobile phones area, it has provided urgent requirements for teaching and teachers' education level decision-making. Thus, the teaching decision-making needs to be deeply studied.The article is in the process of pre-interview for the original experimental design. There are different decision-making "models" in teaching individual planning decisions. Teaching model of development planning decision-making exists some certain rules. During interviewing, I found there existed the influence in principal factors to planning decision-making on teaching. Furthermore, it uses qualitative research methods, studying teaching mode and development planning decision-making. At the same time, it understands the impact of the principal factors on teaching decision-making.The research is divided into two parts. Part One is qualitative research for 32 high school teachers, including one semi structured in-depth interviews, classroom observation and teacher participation in the daily preparation method. It studies teaching mode and development planning decisions, which concludes factors restricting of the teaching mode of development planning decisions by means of comparing the outstanding teachers and ordinary their planning decision-making mode. Part Two is deepening interview for two outstanding principals and four teachers in their schools, exploring principal factors' influence in teaching planning decisions.There are four modes in teachers' teaching planning decision-making modes through research:low rational teaching planning decisions, limited rational decision-making model, intuition rational decision-making model and high rational teaching planning decisions. Teaching planning decisions of teachers has gone through:Low rational decision-making model, limited rational decision-making model, intuition rational decision-making model and rational intuition teaching program.Excellent planning decision-making of teaching development has experienced: Low rational decision-making model, limited rational decision-making model, intuition rational decision-making model and high rational teaching programs decision-making model. Compared with common teachers, development of excellent teachers'teaching in the program mode has increased positive interaction with students, advanced teaching knowledge, utilization of interpersonal experiences, positive teaching feedback and success reasons for the problems. The added factors can contribute to teachers'growth. Principal factors influence planning decisions on teaching. Principals by their behavior can influence teaching planning decisions from the point of arranging policy guidelines and positive interactions with teachers. It specifically shows developing policy guidelines for teachers to choose teaching objectives and teaching methods, promoting teaching plan and making sense of decision-making capacity. Through affecting teacher's motivation and decision-making reasons, it indirectly affects the teaching planning decisions. Principals can actively interact with teachers, care about their life and improve their interpersonal environment, in order to resolve interpersonal conflicts. It affects the teachers'mood and motivation teaching decision-making. Accordingly, it affects the teaching planning decisions.
