The Research Of Positive Psychological Characters Among Elementary School Teachers

At present the studies in primary school teachers’positive psychological characters, is more focused on the description of the situation, the influence of related factors, training method of application, the content and structure are less in the different levels of analysis.And the theoretical basis and the content of most domestic research is refer to the theory of positive characters and experience abroad, less from domestic culture under the background of primary school teachers and growth characteristics of positive psychological characters.This study defines the concept and dimensions of primary school teachers’positive psychological characters under the combination of literature review and interviews. We compiled the preliminary survey questionnaire through the open questionnaire.With the exploratory and confirmatory factor research, we finally established the formal questionnaire of the elementary school teachers’positive psychological characters.And then we explored the overall development characteristics and differences of primary school teachers’positive psychological characters. Then, by using the method of implicit association test, we verified the elementary school teachers’implicit identity attitude towards positive psychological characters, and examined that the implicit level of primary school teachers’ positive psychological quality content is different. Finally, we get the following conclusions:1、We compiled the scale of elementary school teachers’positive psychological characters scale, it consists of four dimensions, including wisdom strength, positive emotions, working toughness, interpersonal harmony. The scale has good reliability and validity.2、The overall status of elementary school teachers’ positive psychological characters are above the average level, and different classifications have different impact on the score.3、Primary school teachers is implicit identity for positive psychological characters. And positive psychological characters contains 35 contents in hidden level.
