Objective:The investigate relationship between obesity Students WHR, BMI and gait stability, lower extremity muscle strength, dynamic and static balance between; contrast Taijiquan and vigorous walking exercise on body shape obese college students, gait stability, lower extremity muscle strength, moving static equilibrium effects, look for the kind of action to improve the movement of youth obesity balance the better, in order to improve the obese college students provide a theoretical balance lay. Methods:Methods: By choosing voluntary students who are WHR abnormal obesity in 51 cases, we randomly divided obesity group into 15 cases,17 cases and 19 cases oftai chi group, Walking while recruiting 15 cases of normal WHR volunteers as a control group.Static feet eyes open, eyes closed, BI, BI static leg opened and closed, dynamic mobile BI to reflect the dynamic and static balance; to temporal gait parameters:stride, step length, gait cycle, when the supporting feet long, when the support leg length; kinetic parameters: maximum force, kicking fertility, collision peak, reflecting the support force gait stability; lower limb recrus femoris, biceps femoris, tibialis anterior, gastrocnemius AEMG value, RMS value reflects lower limb muscle, to detect the control group and obese group these indicators and statistical analysis, to explore the WHR, BMI influence on the balance of the obese college students. At the same time the implementation of 12 weeks of tai chi group of 24 Style intervention to impose 12 weeks Walking group Walking exercise intervention were 0 weeks,6 weeks,12 weeks related indicators collected by t-test, analysis of variance, comparison of the two sports, events on obese Students balance effects. Results:(1) the control group was eye opening two feet (P<0.05), standing on one foot still eyes open, eyes closed, static feet, standing on one foot, dynamic stand (P<0.01) of BI scores were significantly higher than normal groups; compared with the normal group, step (P<0.05), when the support leg length, the length of the support legs (P<0.01) there was a significant difference in maximum force, kicking fertility, collision peak (P<0.01), supporting force (P<0.05) there are significant differences; in the left lower limb while walking two rectus femoris, tibialis anterior muscle on the left side, right side of the tibialis anterior, gastrocnemius AEMG right side there is a significant (P< 0.05), lower limb tibialis anterior muscle, gastrocnemius, on the right side of the rectus femoris RMS significant difference (P< 0.05). (2) After 12 weeks exercise intervention, tai chi group Walking group WHR, BMI, weight, waist circumference decreased significantly (P<0.05). (3) After 12 weeks of tai chi group Walking group supporting a single dual support and shorten the length of gait cycle increases, the maximum force is reduced, increasing the supporting force (P<0.05),12 Weeks Walking group significantly when single-long support low in tai chi group,12 weeks tai chi group was significantly higher than the supporting force walking group (P<0.05). (4) 12 weeks intervention, tai chi group bilateral rectus femoris, tibialis anterior, gastrocnemius AEMG and RMS difference significantly decreased Walking group of bilateral tibialis anterior, gastrocnemius AEMG significantly reduced and RMS difference. Tai chi group tibialis anterior, gastrocnemius AEMG and significantly lower than the difference between the RMS Walking group (P<0.05). (5) 12 weeks Taijiquan significantly reduce static standing and dynamic standing balance score index, Walking feet set eyes open, one leg with eyes closed, dynamic standing balance score index was significantly lower than before intervention (P<0.05), and walking compared to tai chi improved standing balance eyes feet vigorous than take a good, balanced on one leg with eyes closed for good as vigorous walking. Conclusion:(1) obesity leads to the decrease of the balance ability of the students. Obesity increases to make the university vivid BI scores increase static conditions, the step length increases, extend support phase, the most strong, increase soil fertility and collision peak, support and lower limb muscle strength decrease. Suggests students body shape change make maintain posture and center of gravity control ability to drop, declining gait stability and lower limb muscle strength, so that the decrease of the balance ability of the students. (2) 12 weeks of tai chi chuan and his pace movement can improve obese college students body shape characteristics. (3) 12 weeks of tai chi chuan and leapt exercise can improve obese college students gait stability. When the pace of single support long improvement effect is tai chi, tai chi exercise on obesity increased college students stride length and gait cycle and improve the effect of support force is superior to his pace. (4) 12 weeks of tai chi chuan and his pace movement can increase obesity students lower limb muscle strength. Taijiquan exercise on gastrocnemius muscle of the tibialis anterior muscle, increase effective pace, so tai chi for the improvement of college students’ lower limb coordination, obesity strength increase the pace is obvious. (5) 12 weeks of tai chi chuan and his pace movement can change obesity at the university of vivid and static balance ability. |
