With the popularity of the Internet and smart phones, school violence appears frequently in recent years, and induces the public to pay attention to the campus security and juvenile moral education once again. In the past, when discuss campus violence, most scholars are concentrated on the client of the violence and analyze its nature and causes of occurrence, whereas ignore the violence bystanders, which is an important group when violence happens.A household survey of 12-year-old children and older in 1993 to 1999 conducted by American National Crime Victim Survey shows that spectators' presence is an important feature of campus violence. As for the debate on bystanders, existing views have a higher proclivity to explain bystanders from the point of moral indifference, and the bystanders are usually related to social events.Bystanders in campus violence are not involved at all.Under the guidance of the multimodal discourse analysis methodology, this paper aims at collecting and analyzing discourse from three aspects: social, students' and teachers' discourse. On the basis of discourse strategies analysis, the author extracts the rules of discourse and disentangles features of traditional, modern and post-modern morality. From the perspective of multimodal discourse analysis, the author makes a detailed elaboration and pectination of campus violence discourse rules. The study find that: when judge whether the bystanders are moral or not,the discourse construction of mainstream media is on the basis of the rule of traditional and modern morality, students' is on the basis of the rule of modern and post-modern morality;and the teachers' discourse construction is more rely on the restrictions of modern morality. Therefore, bystanders are always condemned by mainstream media, while students and teachers think that the behavior of sidelines is reasonable. It is difficult to achieve effective negotiation of different discourse models. It provides some new ideas for the campus workers to understand and prevent the campus violence.
