Research On The Current Training Situation Of The "Combination Of Physical Education And Training" In Shijiazhuang Table Tennis Reserve Talents

Arranged by the national athletes to ensure its focus on training and competition,this mode is called "the whole nation system"."The whole nation system" talent training model promotes the development of sports undertakings in China.But in recent years with the development of society,increasing demand for the comprehensiveness of talents and professional quality,emerging players lack of cultural quality problems,combined with the reserve personnel training single and system lag,adapt to social problems such as lack of demand,"the whole nation system" mode is not suitable for today’s society.In this context,to ensure the sport system and common development of the education system,the "combination of sports and education" a new type of talents training models for training high-quality elite table tennis reserved talents have made great contributions.As the capital of Hebei province,Shijiazhuang has lead to table tennis reserved talents,and gradually formed a sports system,education system,the training model of combining commercial systems to promote the rapid development of the level of table tennis in Shijiazhuang.Therefore,this study table tennis reserved talents cultivation status for objects,detailed analysis of the present situation of talent training in Shijiazhuang city,research process using a questionnaire,observation,local interviews,literature,statistics,reasoning,and so on.While the Shijiazhuang City table tennis players,coaches and managers also conducted detailed investigation and analysis,and came to the following conclusions:(A)Table tennis reserved talents of Shijiazhuang in the "combination of sports and education" are ignored.Most focus on athletic performance,nearly half of the athletes don’t want to too much emphasis on academic subjects.(B)Table tennis reserved talents in Shijiazhuang by the sports model,model,business model,in which "combination of sports and education" to develop better and sports school in Shijiazhuang zhengding table tennis training base.(C)Table tennis reserved talents of Shijiazhuang in the "combination of sports and education" there is gap between athletic training and education,in rules and regulations,incentive programs,student management,learning and training arrangements,job guidance has more serious disconnect.
