Middle school teachers to carry out educational research,this is the new curriculum reform in the context of the common voice of the education sector.Although the education authorities and school administrative departments engaged in teaching and research is very high voice of the middle school teachers in the teachers' professional titles and honors competitions on Teachers' teaching and research have higher requirements,but most middle school teachers but not willing to do scientific research,the reason to study from daily life theory perspective.The first middle school teachers as ordinary people,the daily life world is composed of basic necessities of life,the natural instincts of man,weddings and funerals,reciprocity and other daily consumption activities,activities and values.As a teacher,day after day,year after year in basic education,in school work time is full of overload of workload;as a family member,in the family life time to act as the role of family support.Daily life by repeated thinking and repetitive practice constitutes free activities;to empiricism and traditional custom,experience,knowledge of the event schema;with blood,maintain the natural emotion of naturalism;to constitute a family,morality and spontaneous regulation system.The schema structure and teachers' daily life also has more features,the direct shaping of the spontaneous activities of the main performance,lack of creative thinking and innovative practice in education and teaching,which influences teachers self engaged in educational research,because teachers scientific research work is in the rational field,it is a product of the creative thinking as the main way of thinking of the conscious mental activity.The research adopts the method of literature analysis,interviews and educational narrative research to carry out the research,this article first introduces the domestic and foreign scholars on the study of teachers' scientific research and daily life theory research,teachers' teaching and research concept,and introduced to the daily life and the relationship between teachers' teaching and research.The part of the teachers of the park of a junior high school teaching and scientific research situation investigation,combined with the teacher's daily life and daily life rhythm structure,content and methods,teachers'teaching and research ability,teaching and research purposes and needs,school educational research management mechanism of teachers' teaching and research status of these five aspects,summed up the teachers' scientific research existing problems:daily life rhythm and structure reduced the daily work time,teaching and research contents and methods of teaching and research space,separated the teachers daily life in teaching and scientific research literacy and college requirements do not match,the school teaching management incentive fails to make the teacher's daily structure more rational,social factors weakening the impact of teachers' teaching and research purposes,and the teachers'teaching and research problems of attribution analysis.According to the theory of daily life critical theory,this paper puts forward the realization of the teacher's daily life to improve the teachers' teaching and scientific research work.Mainly from three aspects to realize teachers' daily life to improve the daily lives of humanity:the teacher's daily life structure makes the structure more reasonable,improve the school teaching management mechanism to make it more flexible and humane care,the creation of teaching and research culture help teachers achieve self value and all-round development.
