Study On Legal Education Of Students In Secondary Vocational Schools

The legal education for secondary vocational school student is an important part of vocational moral education.It provides students with essential legal knowledge,and plays an irreplacble role in training alified and excellent constructors for China's socialist construction.However,in our legal education,there are problems such as lacking attention,malistic teaching and low effectiveness.Based on the vocational schools in the four districts of Changsga as examples,and through methods such as questionnairing,the article looks into the law education course opening of secondary vocational schools,the main form of the education teaching,the main power of the legal education,and the effectiveness of the legal education.Results show the following problems: the monotomous educating form and the content,the inadequte personal influence of the person in charge of the legal eduacation,the huge gap between educating levels of different schools,the incorrect legal concepts from students,and the outside challenges to school legal education.On the basis of the above research and analysis,the author puts forward some countermeasures to improve secondary vocational school students' legal education: the first is to change management ideas,improve the iportance of school law education,especially in the competent department of the school.Second is to enrich the legal education resources in secondary vocational schools,such as the auxiliary teaching materials;establishing and improving school-based law ducation responsibility mechanism,and continuously expand stable legal system education work team.The third is to improve the legal education teaching method,expand channels of education to carry out various forms of legal education,such as using case teaching,heuristic teaching,and the use of modern information technology for legal education,etc.;finally,proposes the combination of school,family and social legal education.
