Since the implementation of the new round of basic education curriculum reform in China,it has a positive response from all parties.The new curriculum emphasizes the implementation of the state is no longer a highly unified national curriculum,but the implementation of three level curriculum management system of state,local and school,pay more attention to the problems of development and utilization of curriculum resources,development and utilization of curriculum resources has become a highlight of the new curriculum reform.Due to the particularity of the nature of the course,the thought and moral lessons in junior middle school should pay more attention to the development and utilization of the curriculum resources,especially the development and utilization of the local resources.Handan region has a long history,has more than 7000 years of human civilization,more than 3000 years of history of the city,500 years of history of the capital city.Handan Yecheng,Guangfu,famous in the evolution of thousands of years of history,conceived and accumulated the rich history and culture,people summed Handan ten cultural vein system.Therefore,Handan has rich local resources,which is also an important course resources of moral education in junior middle school.This paper mainly uses the literature research method,survey method,interview method,case analysis method,through the investigation and study of Handan junior middle school moral local curriculum resources development use present situation analysis,find the problems in the process of development and utilization,and to explore the main reasons of existing problems,and puts forward the Countermeasures of Handan junior middle school thought of the development and utilization of soil resources of moral textbooks.This paper is divided into four parts:The first part: an overview of the application of Handan local resources in the junior high school ideological and moral teaching.First of all,the introduction of local resources in Handan,including the connotation of local resources,the type of local resources in Handan.Through the analysis of local resources theory,it is clear that the local resources related concepts,and lay a theoretical foundation for the study of junior middle school ideological and moral character.Then the application principles and significance of Handan local resources in the junior high school ideological and moral teaching.The second part: the present situation of the application of Handan local resources in the junior middle school thought moral character teaching.This part of the local resources in middle school ideological and moral teaching application are analyzed,including local resources made in junior high ideological and moral teaching achievements and problems of local resources in the junior high ideological and moral teaching.Based on this,the reasons for the problems in the application of local resources are analyzed in detail.The third part: the application of Handan local resources in the junior middle school ideological and moral teaching.This part is the focus of the article,through the analysis of the significance of local resources in the ideological and moral teaching,its application we must pay attention to local resources in the ideological and moral teaching,through the analysis of local resources in the ideological and moral teaching application of the achievements and problems of the enlightenment,we must face the problems,and to explore the problem the reason for the applied analysis of this part of the local resources in the ideological and moral teaching in the foundation.The application strategy of local resources in the ideological and moral teaching,this paper gives a specific method of application of Handan local resources in the junior high ideological and moral teaching from four aspects: first,change the traditional ideas,enhance the consciousness analyzed.Second,enhance the school and community ties,seeking rich local resources.From the perspective of the development of local resources,and actively seek to develop more applicable local resources,in order to lay the foundation for the application of local resources in junior high school ideological and moral teaching,improve the utilization rate.Third,to carry out social activities,to strengthen the link between the classroom and the classroom.From the perspective of local resources of communication,make full use of effective route of social practice activities,students can actively participate in social practice activities,closely related to local resources and experience of junior high ideological and moral teaching content in social practice activities,so as to strengthen the middle school moral classroom teaching and extracurricular contact,promote the active use of local resources in in the ideological and moral teaching.Fourth,update the teaching evaluation mechanism,pay attention to the cultivation of students' emotional ability.From the perspective of teaching evaluation,students to update the standard marks as the only or the final evaluation of the traditional,the new curriculum reform from the three-dimensional objectives,advocated in view of competence and emotional perspective to evaluate the teaching effect,to evaluate the teaching quality.In this way,can change the teachers only pay attention to the textbook knowledge imparting ability of students and the status of cultivation of students' emotional attitude,so that teachers in teaching can consciously apply local resources in reference to the teaching to improve the local resources in the junior middle school thought moral teaching in the application of products.
