Resource Sharing Research On The Development Strategy Of The Towns Of Wuhan From The Perspective Of Table Tennis

Competitive sport of table tennis shows good momentum of development in Hubei Province, China, yet the development of mass sports of table tennis has not been paid heed to.the development pattern of all trades and professions has been gradually transformed from the extensive mode into the resource-saving mode in recent years. The central city of Wuhan possesses a wealthy economy and should accelerate the construction of the resource sharing system of the mass table tennis sports which has laid a preliminary groundwork so far. In this regard, the author makes an investigation on subjects of the present situation of the development of the mass sports of table tennis in the central city of Wuhan, merits and demerits of the sports resource sharing system and its influential factors, by adopting various methods including questionnaire, expert interview, and documentation.Results of the survey: Firstly,the resource sharing system has following merits: the unification of organizations, the allocation of referees, the sharing of competition venues and coaches and so on. And demerits as followings: ineffective management of the resource sharing system, limited coverage, lower level of cooperation, inadequate use of various materials or resources. Secondly,reasons of inadequate use of materials or resources include:a) administrations of sports in every part of central Wuhan lack in consciousness of resource sharing; and b) the networked management system of table tennis sporting resources is absent;and c) the setting-up and administration of mass sports organizations in communities are in a mess and cannot be unified; and d) the allocation of sports resources is unreasonable.After her research and study, the author makes the suggestion that from the perspective of resource sharing, with the purpose of "relatively independent and complementary advantages, strengthen the radiation, collaborative development" the guiding ideology,central city of Wuhan should adopt a comprehensive and systematic pattern for the development of mass sports of table tennis, i.e. Wuchang region as the inner layer, which has the most abundant sports resources,promote its development with the "school district model". Hankou region as the middle layer, whose transportation is the most convenient, with the club(Association) as the starting point for the starting point..and Hanyang region as the outer layer,in which there are most table tennis amateurs but least sports resources, using of large enterprises and community driven development; make full use of the advantages of resources to develop towns in the town of table tennis.Wuhan City should accomplish sports resource sharing and realize the coordinated development of mass sports of table tennis of three regions. In the process of implementation the Wuhan City should pay attention to the followings: Firstly, it should establish the concept of sports resource sharing and the administrative bodies of sports resource sharing. Secondly, it should build a sports resource network platform to make full use of various sports resources. Thirdly, it should improve the administration of various associations of table tennis and establish a better framework for associations in communities.Fourth, to play a leading role in schools? associations? clubs.
