Research On The Development Of Community Grassroots Sports Organizations In Wuhan

Sports social organizations at the grass-roots level in our country starts late,but with policy support has been developing rapidly in the recent ten years, with China’s national fitness sports undertakings flourishing, grassroots community sports organizations became popular. Social transformation for the development of grassroots community sports social organizations provide a good living environment,but because of the lack of a good fit with the functions of the government sector,community grassroots sports organizations are not optimistic about the current development situation.In the current development of grassroots sports organizations,either in quantity or in scale, have been developing rapidly, but its development level is not yet perfect, legal status is unclear, management is not standard, the corresponding management system has not yet been published.In view of the importance of community grassroots sports organizations to the national fitness.This study has important practical guiding value, and it has an important role in promoting the development of grassroots sports organizations in the community.Using the methods of documentary, interview, questionnaire survey and other research methods, To investigate and analyze the current situation and the restrictive factors of the development of the grassroots sports organizations in the community of Wuhan city,aiming at the existing problems, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward. Research results show that:1. Although the cardinal number of grassroots community sports organizations in Wuhan city is huge, but the population structure is imbalance, the participants and managers aging is more serious; Sports activities are monotonous so that the other community groups are not attracted, unable to meet the diverse needs of the community population fitness.2.The grassroots community sports organizations in Wuhan city in the process of activities, the lack of professional sports guidance, technology content is not high,resources, funds, it is hard to meet the needs of the development of organization;Organizational degree is not high, in a relatively closed state.3.Wuhan city community grassroots sports organizations are due to non government registered organizations, poor self-control, internal organization and management system is imperfect, organizational stability is low, Government attention is not high, and lack of relevant supporting policies.4.Aming at these problems,some suggestions are put forward in this paper:administrative department play a link role, and lead the community grassroots sports organizations to carry out communication activities, give relevant supporting policies;Each organization should give full play to their own characteristics, broaden channels for absorbing money;Organize and manage the activities of organization managers regularly,to make the organization internal management more perfect.Establish talents in colleges and universities cooperation mechanism, etc. Combined with the present the actual situation of Wuhan city, people-oriented, to promote the sustainable development of the grassroots community sports organizations, to promote the comprehensive development of mass sports in Wuhan city.
