Information technology is accelerating the transformation of society, but also to the development of education has brought unprecedented opportunities. Informationization teaching has become the most important way to reform the teaching mode and promote the quality education in many schools. High school biology teaching as an important part of high school education, the relationship to the development of biology education to enhance the all-round development of students and the overall quality, and the information technology and biology curriculum teaching direct integration level of the biological teaching of high and low produce important influence. Many schools have recognized this, and to accelerate the integration of information technology and high school biology curriculum research and practice progress. From the existing research situation, the existing integration research also stays in the information technology as an auxiliary means of biological teaching stage. The integration of information technology and biology curriculum teaching is not deep enough. This situation leads to the application of information technology in high school biology curriculum teaching is not ideal.Based on the above background, this paper uses the literature research method, questionnaire survey method, case analysis and Experimental Research on the education of law, on the application of information technology in high school biology teaching research, examines the effects of information technology in high school biology teaching application case, and the effectiveness of application mode in the biological teaching experimental verification is presented in this paper. The main research contents include:in the first part, the research status at home and abroad is expounded. The second part defines the concept of information technology and biology teaching, and analyzes the theoretical basis of this study. The third part analyzes the application of information technology as a demonstration tool, communication tools and resource tools in high school biology teaching. In the fourth part, the paper puts forward the application mode of group collaboration learning mode, the mode of inquiry based integration model of WEBQUEST network, the integration model of "leading subject", and the case analysis of these three teaching modes. In the fifth part, the author makes an empirical analysis of the effect of information technology and high school biology teaching integration mode. The experimental results show that significantly improves the experimental classes and control classes test scores.The research of this paper is of great significance. In the aspect of theory for information technology and provide theoretical basis for high school biology teaching fusion. It is beneficial to improve the students' learning efficiency and teachers'teaching level. In theory, it is beneficial to enrich the content of information technology and teaching integration theory.
