The research of credit consumption in China started late, and in 1990s, consumer credit began to appear in China. From a credit point of view, is used for consumer credit behavior; from the perspective of consumption, but also can be seen as a consumer credit consumer behavior. Its essence is the product of the combination of credit and consumption. For the consumer, the consumer credit is a don't in traditional rely on their own accumulated cash consumption of new forms of consumption; for the banks and other lending institutions, consumer credit is a production credit and the flow of credit to new forms of lending. Therefore, the credit consumption is not only the innovation in the field of consumption, but also the innovation of credit business. In simple terms, usually by borrowing or deferred payment in the form of consumption, are referred to as consumer credit. The main form of credit, payment and consumer credit. Credit consumption of college students in the graduation, employment, entrepreneurship and so on a series of social behavior appears particularly important, also play their own characteristics, be bold in exploration and innovation, and better promote the consumption, the individual consumer credit gradually daily and younger.Mongolia university students in our region is a minority group in the University, because of the imbalance between income and consumption, the irrational consumption behavior and a series of credit consumption, should cause the attention of the school and the society. Domestic scholars on the study of credit consumption is the object of the general sense of the college students, more macro-economic level. There is no research on the micro analysis of the group of college students in Mongolia. Therefore, the research direction of this paper is targeted and regional, in the consumer behavior and psychological research is common, but in the cause of the problem of credit consumption has special characteristics. Study on Mongolian College students consumption situation mainly from the proportion of urban and rural areas, living expenses, the month amount of consumption and consumption mode and project analysis, and do comparative analysis with the average college student consumption data. Consumer credit to advance consumer, consumer credit can promote the improvement of economic level, so as to drive the improvement of the whole social utility and social welfare level, and the students in college and University as the main force of future consumption, consumer credit new financial concept has gradually been accepted by the student population.
