Studies on subject vision can expend research scope and put practical knowledge study into further, and help more teachers to know their work on subject behavior.This research I choose narrative method to investigate three subject teachers.On teaching content knowledge,three teachers have a throughout understanding of their subject and can know the slightest change of the textbook.On teaching aim,MrZhang thinks political teaching is to cultivate citizen awareness,MrsBai puts more emphasis on view of history, MrNing try To achieve the three-dimensional aim.On teaching method knowledge,they insists on teaching instead of read in the class.MrNing take Case analysis to decode type items.On curriculum reform knowledge, MrZhang thinks that teachers hurry to finish the content and save more time for student to review.On student knowledge,they think education is as hard as teaching, even harder than teaching.On teachers knowledge,MrZhang thinks reading is the only way to promote.For history teacher MrsBai, she enjoys the life to be a teacher.To be a professional teacher is the teaching goal for MrNing.Special characters of subject exist in big concept,subject attainments and subject thinking, common characters show on cooperate teaching knowledge, teaching method knowledge and cultivation knowledge. But it is hard to achieve the aim in the real teaching environment. Teachers believe that when people put less emphasize on national entrance examination and scores, there will spare more time to expend the teaching, and the subject will have the special charm. |
