Study On Self-management Of College Students In The New Period

Presently, the competition of employment is becoming more and more fierce with the rapid development of market economy. The continuous rise in the number of students brings challenges to the higher education. Students' consciousness of success become more strong. Strengthening and improving the ideological and political education work, and focus our efforts on the cultivation of students' self-education and self-management ability, has become the orientation of college education. In the new period, college students have distinctive personality, open-minded, strong innovation and learning ability. Affected by various factors, there are still some problems in the college students' self-management. Teachers should assess the situation, master college students' realistic appeal, explore the new carrier and expeditious way in moral education, improve students' main cognitive level, and guide them to realize self-management and development. This article is based on the special relationship between the ideological and political education and students' self-management. I comprehend the college students' status of self-management through the literature studies, questionnaire survey, individual interviews and some other methods. And on the basis of the previous work, I analyzed the related factors of college students' self management ability. Finally, combined with the theory and method of ideological and political education, I put forward some specific recommendations to promote the ability of college students' self management.The preface part mainly discusses the research background, research status, research significance, research methods and innovation of this paper. The main body consists of three parts. The first part discusses the theoretical origin of self management. Analyzes the college students' self management from the students' cognition, learning, life, physical and mental health and occupation planning. And reviews the concept of college students' self-management on the basis of the existing research. That is: According to the goal of college education and their own development needs, the college students allocate their own resources effectively, and try to improve their self learning, daily life, physical and mental health, and occupation development through self-cognition, self- management and selfregulation with scientific and reasonable management strategy, to obtain the individual all-round development and to promote the perfect unity of self value and social value. In the second part, I hand out the questionnaire to the students of several universities in Hebei and Tianjin area, to comprehend the status of college students' self-management. And I discussed the factors influencing on college students' self-management from the four aspects of personal concept, school management, family education and social environment. The third part is based on the previous analysis. Combined with ideological and political education theory and method, I put forward some specific suggestions from the aspect of ideological and political education, campus culture construction, guarantees of teachers and students service system construction, to promote their self-management capabilities.This research is based on the needs of society development and the contemporary education conception of college students. It discusses the reality requires of improving college students' ability of self management, analyzes the status of college students' self-management and influence factors, and put forward suggestions for the improving of college students' self-management ability from the ideological and political education work. I hope this research could guide the students to recognize the needs of social development and what they lack clearly. To Improve their subjective awareness and initiative, stimulate their management potential. I also hope that this research could arouse the educators' attention of college moral education. Then, make a contribution to the development of higher education and the growth of college students.
