| The humanistic care of college students is a research subject with a strong sense of the times. The core of humanistic care is people-oriented and it is a kind of ultimate concern for human itself. This is the Signs of progress of social civilization and the academic circle of university students' humanistic care research has never stopped. In the practice of education, the humanistic care for college students should consider their own needs. Every student is a unique individual and needs are different. So it is a practical and realistic research topic to study the humanistic care from the difference between the students. However, the current situation of the students' personality differences in the humanistic care in Colleges and universities. It is difficult to choose the appropriate care methods and contents for the different needs of students.This article is based on the current situation of humanistic care of college students. In order to explore the effective way to realize the humanistic care of College Students, It explores the differences between the needs of students through the survey research and literature review method. There are three major parts in this paper.First of all, the article discusses the connotation of humanistic care and humanistic care of college students in theory. Then from the goal for humanistic care is to let the students grow up, comprehensive health and sustainable development research for students' differences reason. It puts forward the necessity of humanistic care from the perspective of difference.Secondly, I conducted a survey on the students' differences in demand and the current situation of humanistic care through the questionnaire and field visits. And I am sure the results, summed up the problem, and the analysis of the problem. Finally, according to the survey results, explore the way of humanistic care from the perspective of difference and want to make a modest contribution to the practice of humanistic care. |
