Basing on the actual condition students get, instructive learning proposal is a kind of learning materials, which helps to improve students' abilities in applying language comprehensively and learning effectively.Teacher elaborately transforms the teaching contents into the written materials that students can explore by themselves and forester their learning abilities and methods.The functions of Curriculum are shown and practiced while instructive learning proposal are using in the real English class. This experimental study helps junior high school teachers realize their positions. Their roles transfer into students' instructors and supervisors and become the designers and execrators of guided learning plan. As the designers and execrators of instructive learning proposal in this experimental study, I divide the planinto four parts: learning objectives and focus, pre-leaning, while-learning and post-learning. The last three parts are designed separately, which both consist of basic tasks and challenge ones. Students have to complete preand post-learning parts afterschool individually or in a study group. But in the class, the teacher acts as an instructor to guide students to complete their learning tasks. When teachers design an instructive learning proposal,the students' individual variation should be considered. The tasks and questions in it should have gradient in difficulty, which could bring the possibility to accomplish them.Applying instructive learning proposal can help teacher and students achieve the objectives with high efficiency. Students can master the main content of today's learning accurately by using guided learning plan during class, and they can consolidate this content with doing post-learning tasks after class. The core of guided learning plan is to make students acquire the language knowledge and develop learning skills based on fully arousing the enthusiasm and initiative of students.
