With the development of society and the technological upgrading,’fragmentation’ has involved in all aspects of people’s daily life such as: working,living and learning.’Fragmented communication’ could be understood as the necessary trending of the audiences who are pursing individuality.Furthermore,with the time fragmentation,a new learning method called ’fragmented learning’ has appeared in education area.In the ‘Micro’ era of information explosion,people could just control uncompleted time and most of the times are fragmented time.Moreover,with the wireless and the mobile devices popularization,the ‘micro video’ has became the most popular way of the learning style and an increasing number of people have accepted this kind of learning method.There is no doubt,that the ‘micro video’ has become the most suitable carrier of learning for all society.Since Netease and Sina have launched the world’s famous universities open courses,to the Ministry of Education focus on the video open courses and micro courses,all of these situations are showing the widely spread of the video courses and how the‘micro learning’ affect people’s normal life.Based on the background above,the micro video learning has really pushed the educational evaluation.This study is based on the cognitive load theory and with the micro-learning theory as the design guidelines.In order to summarize the framework of learning micro video teaching method,the study also combined with the actual operation of the micro-video recording of teaching experience,and the effect of course content(including the pre-preparation phase,implementation phase late).Using the literatures method for prove the arguments in this study.Through using comparison analysis method to compare the different of the design and making at domestic and abroad.In order to turn the research results into practice,the case analysis method is necessarily used in the study.The aim of the study is to find the reasonable method to design and show the micro learning video,for meet the request of the ’fragmented learning’.Moreover,the study results could provide guidance and reference for the one who is design or develop such kind of resources.It could help standardize and clear teaching micro-video content to improve the design and presentation of the application,to some extent on the availability and application of resources,promote learner study better,and finally hope teaching video could get a new life.
