After 1990 s, many multinational companies came to China and quickly Occupied a large market share. Besides their hard power such as advanced technology and strong economic capital, they succeed just for their mature public relations operations. As one kind of soft power, public relations have built a good environment for multinational companies 'rapid development in Chinese market. But in recent years, some business scandals about multinational enterprises have frequently appeared in the headlines of China's major media. And many unethical public relations behaviors usually hid behind these events, such as to conceal the truth; bribery of government officials or vital stakeholders; publication of false information. The subject of this paper is the unethical public relation behaviors of multinational corporations in China. On the basis of related theories,this paper explores it in detail with the methods of literature analysis and content analysis.In this paper, I collected and analyzed the unethical behaviors of multinational companies which was widely reported by Chinese media from 2003 to 2015. According to the results, I found that there existed 7 kinds of unethical behaviors of multinational corporations. Then on the basis of relevant research of multinational corporations, I figured out the major and secondary reasons for the unethical behaviors of multinational companies. Based on the reasons, this paper creatively put forward an ethical analysis framework for multinational corporations' public relations behaviors. Then I analyzed the7 kinds of unethical behaviors of multinational corporations with this frame. Finally, I proposed some solutions to the unethical behaviors of multinational companies.
