A Study On Bussiness Strategy Of Xi'an Reformatory School

Reformatory education and reformatory schools had played a special role in China's education in history. However, with the progress of society and the change of people's perceptions, the traditional mode of reformatory education has been unable to adapt to the social development and needs.Reformatory schools are facing survival crisis. In order to improve their viability and embark themselves on a bright road of development, the schools must start transformation.This paper takes Xi'an reformatory school as an example, analyses its survival and operation conditions and studies its process of strategic transformation. It is hoped to be able to provide new ideas for the transformation and development of the correctional education industry, and to find a new way to solve the current difficulties. This thesis explores the existing problems and difficulties facing Xi'an reformatory school, investigates the internal and external environment of the organization, discusses the resources, capacities and defects inside the school and circumstances, opportunities and challenges ouside the school. Exploit superiority, overcome deficiency, grasp opportunity, the school have implemented a specific strategy of restructuring and development, and achieved the strategic goal of enterprise operation.
