At present, our country is in the key period of reform, one of the goals of the comprehensive deepening of reform is to achieve the modernization of national governance.The rule of law has close connection with the modernization of national governance,on the one hand, the rule of law is the basic way of state governance; on the other hand, the rule of law is the symbol of the modernization of national governance. With the constant promotion of the process of modernization, people are increasingly aware of the importance of the rule of law in modern society, in some sense, market economy is the rule of law economy, harmonious society is society under the rule of law, civilized countries is country under the rule of law. As an important human resource, college students are the builders and participants of the country.Construction of the rule of law can not be separated from the participation of college students, therefore, the rule of law of the university students have an important impact on national governance. Under this background, it is of theoretical significance and practical significance to carry out the research on the rule of law in university students.College Students' concept of the rule of law is directly related to the level of college students legal literacy, and the accomplishment of the rule of law among the students is related to the success or failure of the construction of rule of law in China, view of rule of law cultivation should be now an urgent task of higher education. Due to the comprehensive influence of many reasons, especially some of the University pay little attention to the view of rule of law, There is a gap between the requirements of the modernization of national governance between the reality.Because of this, it is very necessary to study the cultivation of College Students' rule of law.This paper mainly has four parts.
