At present, the basic orientation of class teaching and learning reform of basic education is to build the learning-centered class. Based on a variety of theories the suitable class respects students' physical and mental characteristics, in terms of the student, study method, characteristic of subject to provide students with class appropriate to their learning. This study attempt to construct teaching strategies of the model of“ the class suite the students” in the academic level, in order to promote teachers to understand “ the class suite the students” deeply and apply this teaching model to the teaching practices better.The research question of this paper is teachers how to teach on account of the projects or patterns which“ the class suite the students” teaching model initiates. With the help of observation scale such as “observation sheet on independent learning activities classification in class”, “a sheet on discourse analysis of cooperative learning” and so on, this paper chose three lessons contain “learn-demonstrate-exercise”,“the whole three study” and“ question lead-explore” three lesson types which meet the requirement of “ the class suite the students” as the research object and the basic stages of “ the class suite the students” teaching model as the research dimension, then observed the situation of teaching in these three lessons, recorded and described the behaviors, thoughts and problems in teaching processes of three teachers and some students.The thesis is divided into five parts. In the introducing part, the author discusses the reason and purpose of study, research status and methods. In the second part analyzes connotation, characteristics, basic ideas, elements of the class which suite students. That is clear what is “the suitable class”. In the third part of thesis introduces the theory of constructivist theory, cooperative learning theory, multimedia theory and its research in education. As a theoretical analysis tools for teaching strategies of this class model. The fourth part took the basic stages of “ the class suite the students” teaching model as the research dimension, presented and analyzed overall teaching cases of three lessons in such teaching model, summarized the differences and similarities of the behaviors, thoughts and problems of three teachers in dealing with various teaching processes. According to the differences and similarities of the behaviors, thoughts and problems of three teachers in dealing with various teaching processes, the fifth part constructed teaching strategies of the model of“ the class suite the students” in the academic level by combining relevant theoretical research.The sixth part is the conclusion and prospect of the research.The following conclusions of this study is that teaching strategies of the class suite the students is a integral relations. Construction of teaching strategies of the class suite the students need to depart from The basic teaching. these strategies including the design of teaching goal and multimedia courseware, the creation of learning situations that need compact form and issues, carrying out independent learning,cooperative learning and showing learning outcomes, guiding students to learn and achieving their goals when the church.
