Job burnout has become a modern professional in the field of common occupational disease, the high incidence of job burnout among crowd is the teachers.Once produced, the sense of teachers’ occupational tiredness will not only affect teachers’ physical and mental health, preventing their professional development;but also will affect the students’ learning, is not conducive to the formation of the healthy personality; even affect the development of education.Teachers’ job burnout of harm, make people focus on teachers’ job burnout problem.Backbone teachers are a special kind of group, is the main force of school rapid development, playing a model leading role on the general teachers.In many schools, the backbone teachers also have administrative positions.As a result, the backbone teachers has to bear more pressure than ordinary teachers, job burnout once produce, the damage may be greater.How the work condition of the backbone teachers, whether they are under job burnout?But at present in the academic circles, The study of the backbone teachers’ job burnout is less, and the research on the mitigation measures is not much.This research adopts the method of narrative research, focusing on exploring the key teachers in the real situation of the occupation burnout, select G County of Gansu Province, a rural primary school teachers-- C teachers as the research object, through on-site observation, interviews, material collection and other methods to collect data,showing the true performance of teachers occupation burnout in order to explain the understanding of the way.This study through the reproduction of the real education scene description,showing the true performance of C after the teacher occupation burnout: emotional exhaustion, interpersonal indifference, low sense of achievement. The C teachers’ occupation burnout process, social expectation and social status is not harmonious,the work burden is too heavy, not good student management, school management the atmosphere is not harmonious, democratic, personal expectations too high, too much frustration is an important factor leading to teachers occupation burnout. Finallyreflect on teachers’ job burnout: reasonable social expectations and more social support can avoid the generation of job burnout, harmonious school culture has intervention effect to job burnout, self-knowledge, and correctly do research-typed teachers can effectively relieve job burnout. |
