The competition in 21 century is the competition about talent,at present,countries all over the world emphasize the individualized cultivation of students,personalized teaching is extensively paid attention.The emergence of the Internet has changed the way of learning,the network has become the main way for learners to acquire knowledge.Network teaching is also booming.And with the continuous deepening of practice,the role of network supporting for personalized instruction is becoming more and more important.however,the existing researches mostly depart from the point of view of the network environment optimization construction and layered design teaching,it is not enough research on the personality characteristics of students in learning,there are some limitations in own development.Behavior Analysis,it is namely from students at the individual level and analysis the students' features of the learning based on behavioral data in order to give personalized learning guidance,really teaching students in accordance with their aptitude,and it is a new way to realize personalized teaching.In this paper,the research of personalized teaching is deeply carried out based on the analysis of network learning behavior.The article defines the relevant concepts of the personalized teaching and network learning behavior and the theoretical basis such as behavioral science,construction principle,instructional system design through reading and analyzing a lot of literature.On the basis of the concepts and theories,combined with actual of network teaching,the paper defines the category and the specific performance of network learning behavior,establishes the evaluation index system of the network teaching,and designs optimizatly the individualized teaching mode based on network learning behavior.In order to test the operation and application of the model,the artcle builds a network teaching system based on the Moodle platform,and choose the students majoring in educational technology as an example to carry out the specific practice in the course of educational technology.In the process of practice,using the log file and activity reports on the network platform to analysis students' learning basic characteristics include the resource access condition,activity participation,task completion and classroom performance,while using the methods of social network analysis and content analysis of CMC to research the interactive feature and cognitive characteristics deeply,and making a comprehensive teaching diagnostic with the help of the multi evaluation system,thus to guide the learners' learning and adjust teaching.Finally the paper put forward reasonable suggestions to carry out the personalized teaching on the network environment from three aspects of the optimizing construction of network teaching platform,the deep analysis about network study behavior and the establishment of multiple teaching evaluation mechanism.Hope that the research can provide the dynamic ways and means of grasping students' learning situations for teachers,and also provide the reference of the models and examples for carring out the individualized teaching at the same time.
