Study On Creative Thinking Cultivating To Tennis Club Coaches In Henan Province

Thinking is brain's reflection and cognition to objective world which is the center to control people's behavior. Creative thinking is the essence of thinking. It is a w ay of t hinking for p eople to realize innovation. “Innovation is the first power to lead development”, “Innovation is the elementary path for self-development”, in essence, innovation is the e xternalization of c reative thinking. Therefore, a go od understanding for creative thinking cultivating will be helpful to develop thinking and lead innovation.Innovative talents are needed during the tennis promotion process. Tennis coaches' creative thinking which were used in daily work will provide continuous energy for tennis clubs' sustainable development. 13 th Five Year Plan of Sports Industry offered a period of important strategic opportunities for tennis markets' development. According to present normal characters, “new normal” thinking should be proposed to develop a better tennis market and a healthy sports industry.The study object is creative thinking cultivating to tennis club coaches in Henan province. Tennis club coaches in Zhengzhou, Kaifeng, Luoyang, Hebi, Xinxiang and Zhum adian are se lected as res pondents. Coaches' basic state, basement of creative thinking cultivating, key to creative thinking cultivating, contents and methods of cr eative thinking will b e studied by using documentary method, investigation method, mathematical statistic method, cases analyzing method and so on.
