| Performance appraisal is an important part of performance management. As an important part of Human Resource management,performance appraisal has always been a hot spot of research in management science. With the improvement of information technology,the ways and methods of performance appraisal also occurred in the rapid changes, and the scope of performance appraisal also will continue to expand and extend to all levels. Performance appraisal of College teachers is the one of them. The change of college enrollment has brought the expansion of the university teachers, how to improve the college teachers’ strength has become one of the key work of the University.Performance evaluation can not only provide reference for the performance management of colleges and universities, but also provide the direction for the strategic human resource management in Colleges and universities. As a key university,Vietnam Haiphong University has made great improvement in the academic research and management, also gradually to the world stage, in line with international standards.Haiphong University implementation of performance evaluation of teachers is not long in the time, and has not formed a set of adaptive assessment system, it is also a contract point of this study.According to this study, the article selects Haiphong University as a research object. Through a variety of research methods and analysis literature definition of performance appraisal, hot research to analysis the actuality of Haiphong University teacher performance appraisal, to find out the existing problems and influencing factors. This research also make suggestions and summed up the elements of the index system for the construction, in order to provide reference value to Haiphong University Teachers’ performance evaluation of the reference value of the conclusion of the study. |
