| Campus sports culture is the sports culture and campus culture in a special culture branch formed cross thawed.Higher vocational college campus sports culture is the sum of the campus as the carrier,the spirit of life characteristic campus ideology,it covers all the members of Higher Vocational College Ideological and moral quality,value orientation,is a kind of new culture in one of the many lifestyle factors and interpersonal relationship and culture,fusion ability of students.Study on the campus sports culture in higher vocational colleges,help vocational college sports curriculum reform in higher vocational colleges,helps to fundamentally realize quality-oriented education,occupation education is helpful to build a harmonious campus,have practical significance can not be underestimated for long-term development of Higher Vocational colleges.This paper takes Shijiazhuang city has 8 higher vocational colleges representative as the object of study,were investigated in detail by means of literature review,investigation and logical analysis and other research methods on the Shijiazhuang Vocational College of the present situation of campus sports culture.In view of the problems discovered in investigation,the conclusions are as follows:1.Related to the leadership of Shijiazhuang vocational colleges do not pay enough attention to the physical education and sports culture,leading to invest on their own sports equipment and facilities in higher vocational colleges is obviously insufficient,the school for the lack of existing facilities and equipment repair and maintenance.2.Higher vocational students' concerns.Very few students can adhere to participate in sports activities,occupation college campus in the form of extra-curricular sports activities is not very rich,active participation in traditional sports activities can not attract students,resulting in Higher Vocational Colleges in the campus sports culture atmosphere is not strong.3.Occupation school sports teachers age,professional title structure is relatively reasonable,but the occupation college because of institutional reasons,most professional education does not pay attention to basic education,physical education teacher although larger workload,but in school occupation prospects,working pressure.4.Higher vocational colleges sports curriculum is rich and varied,and six higher vocational colleges have set up physical elective course,but the evaluation of physical education curriculum has opened more than half of students is not high,think that the course content is too traditional,lack of interest.Therefore,vocational physical education teaching effect is not ideal.5.Sports system is not perfect.There are six higher vocational colleges have not "reward system" of physical education teachers,nearly half the schools have no "sports system"extracurricular sports activities.The suggestion is as follows:1.Led by chief leaders,perfecting the main frame of campus sports cultureUnder the leadership of the chief presidents,vocational colleges should use special funds of sports to maintain and repair the sports facilities and stadiums,and formulate various sports rules and regulations according to specific features of different college,so as to standardized,institutionalized and civilized the work at college related to sports.2.Strengthening the publicity of campus sports culture in vocational collegesActivities to publicize campus sports culture should be developed with plans and targets,through campus notice boards,broadcasting,network,celebrities' lectures etc.,to stimulate students' enthusiasm for sports;publicizing the lifelong value of sports exercise for humans and instructing students to take part in the sports programs which are suitable for themselves.3.Taking various strategies to cultivate high-quality vocational college sports teaching staffVocational college sports teachers should be encouraged to attend professional training sessions under the new situations,and the colleges should create opportunities for sports teachers to show their talents to their students,relate sports teachers' working performance to students' support,attendance to classes,results of social competitions etc.,and promote the reform based on "Sports Teacher Reward System" from two aspects of teaching and professional skills.4.Organizing various sports clubs and developing extra-curricula sports activitiesColleges should make thorough investigation on students,and set sports programs with its own conditions;then popularize the programs which students are interested in through particular campus sports clubs,so that students can take part in sports exercise in a joyful and relaxing atmosphere.Not only can this enrich students' extra-curricular sports activities on campus,but also this can be more conductive to promote "sports awkward students",eventually forming high-quality vocational campus sports culture.5.Starting from the subtle,creating campus sports culture with self-featureThe vocational colleges in Shijiazhuang City have their own professional orientation.Their history of establishment,main cultural atmospheres,campus traditions,teacher-student structures differ from one to another.Every college should start from its unique characteristics,develop its own advantages,put forward its innovative ideas,and build sports culture with self-features.In conclusion,it is not a quick fix to establish institutional sports culture with self-features of vocational colleges in Shijiazhuang;college leaders and sports staff are expected to make effort together constantly,keep on exploring and regulating,and present newer and better look of sports to vocational college students so as to make the students real sustainably developing talents. |
