The Educational Administration expert of United States named Rosentengel,W.E. once said: "The school education funding likes the spine." The quality of preschool in rural areas is closely related to preschool education funding.Reasonable investment and the use of rural kindergartens' funding with effective regulation is the basic condition of promoting educational equality to protect the quality of preschool education by enjoy the same quality of education with urban children in rural areas.Therefore, this study choose running of rural kindergartens' funding as the starting point.In this study, 13 different types of rural kindergarten in six-county area of Nantong city has been randomly selected for the study. Taking more comprehensive in-depth research about the status of the different types of rural kindergartens operating expenses,exist issues with scientific methods interviews, physical analysis method. The purpose of this paper is set to provide empirical basis and inspire future researches on this area.The study is divided into five parts:The first part of the introduction. Mainly elaborates the background and significance of this study, the research results at home and abroad tosort out, and an overview of the main contents of the study, methods, the research object.The second part of the Definition and related theoretical basis. The main concept of educational equity, rural kindergartens, funds operating mechanisms were defined and elaborated the theory of Fair education and related economic.The third part of the running state of rural kindergartens' funding.Respectively, from funding sources, spending and regulatory aspects of the situation in three of four different types of funding for rural kindergartens run analysis.The forth Part analyzes the effectiveness of rural kindergartens' funding and running problems. Describes the effectiveness of rural kindergartens' funding since the action plan to run preschool years, while noting that the process of rural kindergartens' funding problems in the operation.The fifth part of rural kindergartens' funding runs Reflection and suggestions. Kindergartens' funding for rural problems in operation,raised funds to improve the status of rural kindergartens run some suggestions.
